We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Size mismatch caused by fulfillment error

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyerโ€™s remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before purchase)
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • You received a different size than ordered
  • There is a major fit issue reported within 7 days

  • Clear photos of the item
