โ Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Size mismatch caused by fulfillment error
๐ Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyerโs remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before purchase)
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

We offer size exchanges in case:
- You received a different size than ordered
- There is a major fit issue reported within 7 days

- Order ID
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item
